Your job:

Our Tutors are leaders. They’re helping to shape the future of New Zealand’s plumbing, gasfitting and drainlaying sector. When you join our team of Tutors, you’ll be joining a supportive, collaborative team of industry experts who are proud to be inspiring the next generation of apprentices.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

• Provide hands-on support to colleagues, fostering collaboration
• Initiate and maintain positive interactions with students, addressing their welfare and specific needs
• Utilise effective teaching techniques, equipment, and resources to establish clear learning objectives
• Continuously monitor progress and effectiveness through assessment and student feedback
• Innovate and engage both internal and external customers, with a strong commercial focus
• Manage internal and external relationships effectively, ensuring stakeholders feel valued
• Lead by example and embody the ICE values
• Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety requirements for training delivery
• Set and review objectives annually, with monthly one-on-one meetings for progress evaluation

ABOUT YOU:

As well as an unwavering focus on empowering and inspiring your students, you’ll bring the following to the role:

• Certification in plumbing, gasfitting, and/or drainlaying
